These individuals analyse client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their financial performance, improve decision-making, and achieve their financial goals. Those in corporate finance, treasury and commodities at PwC will specialise in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyse financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Senior Manager, Finance, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 4 in Treasury and general finance, fostering collaboration and professional development
  • Work as a Finance Generalist across multiple Finance operations functional groups, driving operational excellence, agility, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate across Finance operations groups to streamline processes and improve cross-functional efficiency
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and operational integrity while providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support business decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations, including automation and process optimization
  • Support enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions to optimize capital structure and funding strategies
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, representing Finance in strategic discussions
  • Leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance finance operations, forecasting, and decision-making
