Overview

The P&CB Client Growth and Consumer Banking Mega Journey team has a mandate to drive client growth across the platform by developing and enabling strategies that drive client growth, one of P&CB’s core objectives.

The Senior Manager, P&CB Client Growth and Consumer Banking Mega Journey will support key strategies and initiatives with a focus on driving client growth. They will have an opportunity to be part of a team that drives significant enterprise value.

This role supports P&CBs Client Growth mandate and one of our largest transformational programs, the Consumer Banking Mega Journey.

Specifically, this role will support both Client Growth and the Journey:

What will you do?

Client Growth Mandate

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the platform to create, monitor and provide insights on the P&CB Client Growth Forecast
  • Lead test and learn mandate for Client Growth, including management of Client Growth Labs for continuous innovation and improvement
  • Develop content for monthly and quarterly business reviews, including monthly Client Growth updates and commentary
  • Lead Cost to Acquire Metric and future enhancements

Journey Mandate

  • Develop and manage key journey performance management reporting
  • Support key change management initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation of executive updates, including Transformation Board and Quarterly Transformation Process
What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Product Management or Business Strategy
  • Collaboration: ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner across LOBs to deliver results
  • Comfort with Ambiguity: ability to think outside of the box and explore a wide range of potential solutions
  • Innovative Thinking – ability to conceptualize bold innovations that will create a competitive advantage for RBC and conviction to champion the right innovations across the organization
  • Analytical Acumen – ability to derive insights from data, determine appropriate performance metrics, and roll up your sleeves with larger excel based data sets
  • Financial Modeling - creating business cases and scenario analysis by analyzing historical data and building assumptions
  • Strong Storytelling Capabilities – understand how to influence at RBC by making compelling slide decks, telling stories with data, and elevating messages for executive audiences
