Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience working as an IT Application/Technical support analyst.
• 2-3+ years or more experience with ETL Tools.
• Knowledge/Experience in Windows and Unix.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to influence and deliver on operational improvements.
• Lead implementation of changes to mitigate risk of customer experience impacts.
• Provide coaching and advice to less experienced engineers.
