Overview
Some of what you will do: The Sr. Learning Solutions Partner designs, develops, implements and amplifies innovative, creative and high-impact learning and development solutions. The role works closely with Human Resources Business Partners and business leaders to assess needs for learning and performance resources. Researches and innovates new ways to enhance the learning culture. Diagnoses performance gaps and recommends learning solutions for associates and leaders with a focus on operations, services, selling and the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Works with HR Business Partners and consults with business leaders to diagnose learning and performance management needs.
- Leverages business data to conduct comprehensive needs analysis and uses this analysis to recommend and develop L&D solutions.
- Works with external vendors to manage the design and development of learning deliverables within L&D solutions.
- Manages multiple, complex L&D projects using agile project management methodologies.
- Designs, develops, and curates learning solutions to support and execute on strategic learning projects for national initiatives.
- Builds evaluations, assesses impact of learning solutions and makes program adjustments where required.
- Builds L&D marketing and communications plans to support learning and performance solution rollouts.
- Works closely and collaboratively with Learning Solutions Designers on assigned projects to execute learning solutions.
Qualifications
- University degree or higher preferred or relevant field, with a focus on Adult Education, Human Resources Development, or Instructional Design and Technology.
- Possesses superior consulting skills – the ability to diagnose, prescribe, implement and evaluate learning solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent instructional design skills.
- Solid experience in measurement of the impact and effectiveness of learning solutions.
- Problem-solving, stakeholder communication and negotiation
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities
- 5-8 years of Learning & Development experience in a consulting or business partner capacity.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience required supporting an L&D function.
- Excellent knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Power Point, Excel, MS Word).
- Excellent knowledge of virtual facilitation platforms such as Adobe Connect, Zoom and MS Teams.
- Telecom experience is an asset
