A leading financial services company in Toronto is seeking a Senior Implementation Coordinator to lead the onboarding of major Group Business Insurance clients. This role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with Account Executives, and customizing solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of four years of experience, and proficiency in English, with knowledge of French as a plus. Travel across Canada is required.
As a Senior Implementation Coordinator, you will lead the onboarding of major and complex Group Business Insurance clients for Desjardins, playing a strategic role in ensuring successful implementation and long-term client satisfaction. You will manage high-value, large market cases that require advanced coordination, precision, and collaboration across multiple teams. This role involves working closely with Account Executives and attending strategic meetings with the Regional Vice President (RVP) to align implementation plans with business goals. You will be responsible for navigating complex requirements, customizing solutions, and ensuring all aspects of the onboarding process are executed flawlessly. More specifically, you will be required to :
