We’re looking for a resourceful and hands‑on Senior Human Resources Generalist to join the Fig team in Toronto. Reporting to the VP, Head of People Operations, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
As a Senior HR Generalist, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and payroll to benefits and offboarding. You’ll be the go‑to for all things HR, working closely with the Head of People Operations and the leadership team, while managing external vendor relationships to keep our People processes running smoothly.
