Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Toronto (Hybrid)
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 + up to 20% bonus + benefits

Were recruiting on behalf of a growing FMCG company based in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced, product‑driven organization in a high‑impact analytical role supporting financial performance and strategic decision‑making.

About the Role

As Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll partner with business leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales. You’ll play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting helping to drive data‑backed insights that shape business strategy.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the development of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long‑range financial plans
  • Analyze P&L trends, margins, and key performance drivers to identify risks and opportunities
  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to evaluate inventory performance and working capital efficiency
  • Build dashboards and financial models using Excel and Power BI
  • Support monthly management reporting, including variance analysis and commentary for executive review
  • Develop ROI analyses for new product launches, pricing strategies, and capital investments
  • Enhance financial processes through automation and improved use of NetSuite and reporting tools
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A and business operations
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business finance
  • Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and NetSuite (or similar ERP systems)
  • Experience in FMCG, or other inventory‑based industries is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA considered an asset
