ServiceTitan, one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies and a leader in the trades, is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (Customer Success) to join our dynamic team. This position will report to the Senior Manager, FP&A and will enjoy a high level of executive visibility and impact to our rapidly-growing startup.

You will play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy and long term success where you'll act as the finance business partner to our Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, excel in business partnering, a growth mindset with strong curiosity about our business and industry, the ability to work collaboratively across departments and have a proven track record of providing superior financial and strategic analysis.

What you'll do
  • Act as the primary finance business partner to our Customer Success organization
  • Manage close and forecast process - you will manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and forecast processes including annual operating plan, accruals, headcount/spend management, variance explanations, and enhance existing management reporting
  • Build financial models and reports - you will own the financial modeling and reporting so we're telling the right story, at the right time
  • Act as a trusted business partner as the Customer Success team will rely on you to provide insights that drive key business strategies, highlighting opportunities for continued growth, and mitigating any potential risks
  • Partner cross functionally - you will implement and standardize scalable financial models and reporting as they relate to the Customer Success organization, working closely within Finance, Customer Success, and cross functional partners (HR, Operations, etc)
  • KPI tracking and data analytics - you will establish and monitor KPIs to understand spend efficiency and operational metrics, partnering cross functionally to identify opportunity to improve key metrics
  • Promote thought-leadership: You will identify areas for process improvement to scale forecasting and reporting tools, procedures, and methodologies
What you'll bring
  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably from a SaaS tech company in a finance role
  • Strong understanding of FP&A fundamentals (variance analysis, variance storytelling, budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, reporting)
  • Must possess a growth mindset - be endlessly curious to solve complex challenges and thrive while navigating the ambiguity
  • Strong experience in financial modeling and strategic business planning, including the creation and execution of robust financial plans
  • Experience in process improvement and automation, with a history of identifying and implementing more efficient ways to manage financial data and reporting
  • Learning mindset and adaptability to emerging technologies. Eager to explore and implement new tools, particularly AI-powered financial planning software and large language models (LLMs), to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insights
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance audiences
  • Experience with detailed systems (ie. Adaptive, Workday, Intacct) to ensure accurate and scalable reporting
  • Knowledge of SQL (or other data querying languages) is a plus
  • Familiarity with creating visualizations (through Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI) is a plus

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $93,800 CAD - $140,600 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
