Position Overview

Our client is an innovative Wealth Management company, and they are looking to add to their team a Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Institutional Accounting for an initial term of 6 months. This is expected to convert to a full-time role or get extended longer. If you have hands on experience accounting for loans for a financial company, then we need to speak.

Hybrid Work Notice

Note, this is a hybrid role and only applicable to Citizens and Permanent Residents that do not require work permit sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Canadian and US accounting activities and for the integrity of amounts reported in the financial reporting systems.
• Overseeing month-end activities such as journal entries, financial analysis, reconciliation, and other accounting related activities as required.

Qualifications

• CPA with relevant experience.
• Solid communication skills [verbal and written].
• Desire to work as an individual contributor.
