A leading contract services firm in Toronto is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to provide professional contract administrative services. You will be responsible for overseeing post-award contract activities, analyzing contract documents, and supporting project teams. Experience in contract administration is essential. This position offers a 12-month contract with the potential for extension, requiring in-office work for initial training and part-time thereafter.
Location: 5140 Yonge Street, North York, ON (2-3 days per week in the office - Initial training will be on-site)
Contract Duration: 12 months with a possibility of extension
Potential Start Date: November 2025
Working Hours: 35 hours per week M-F
General Accountability
The Senior Contract Administrators will provide professional contract administrative services including responding to requests and assigned tasks, providing project support, reviewing information provided by the TTC etc. (the "Services"). The SCAs billable hours must be directly associated with TTC assigned services and tasks;
The SCAs will report to the TTC's Commercial Manager and work closely with the Commercial Management team members, the Engineering staff and third-party Consultants as required. The Services to be provided by the SCAs will include but are not limited to the following assignments and tasks:
