Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 2 years of management experience in food service, housekeeping, laundry, and/or maintenance.
• Valid Basic Food Safety Certification (required).
• Valid Right to Serve/Smart Serve Certification (required).
• Proficiency in the use of personal computers and related software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to ensure departmental compliance with policies.
• Supervise, direct, and evaluate the work of the team.
• Oversee the recruitment process for new team members.
• Complete performance discussions for team members.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required.
