Role : Senior Business Systems Analyst (Oracle SQL Specialist) Location : Toronto, CA (Hybrid) Job Description :

Primary skills :

  • Well-rounded Senior BSA with 5+ years of mandatory experience, demonstrating strong leadership, and experience working on complex system interactions across multiple cross-functional systems.
  • Mandatory experience in Oracle SQL.
  • Lead analysis phases to identify, track, escalate, and resolve business systems issues within an Agile environment.
  • Act as the liaison between technology teams and support teams for product delivery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation skills; strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong process-oriented mindset; able to see connections and integrations between different processes and the bigger picture.
  • Technically savvy; capable of elaborating requirements and story points with technical teams and contributing to solutions.
  • Perform impact analysis to assess effects on existing applications and services.
  • Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints related to requirements and communicate them effectively.
  • Experience in Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Proficient in JIRA and Confluence tools.
  • Experience using Github for repository maintenance.
  • Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Secondary Skills :

  • Experience in Wealth Management domain.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills with business, operations stakeholders, and system SMEs.
  • Experience with Temenos products is an added advantage.
