Consio is the phone‑sales platform for commerce : the “Klaviyo for Phone.”

We help Shopify and DTC brands convert high‑intent moments (abandoned checkouts, churned subscribers, inbound leads, and more) with AI dialers, personalized scripts, and real‑time call coaching.

We’re a fast‑growing, venture‑backed startup based in Toronto, and we’re looking for a Senior BDR / AE (Inbound) to turn warm leads into loyal customers and drive measurable growth.

Tasks
  • Respond fast to inbound leads (demo requests, partner referrals, revived trials, PQLs, event / webinar lists).
  • Run deep discovery on goals, pain points, use cases (abandoned checkout, CX save, reactivation), stakeholders, and tech stack (Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias).
  • Operate HubSpot like a pro : manage pipelines, tasks, notes, and light workflows; maintain perfect data hygiene.
  • Convert interest into held meetings using a phone‑first approach complemented by smart email / SMS outreach.
  • Nurture warm opportunities with timely follow‑ups, relevant content, and personalized outreach.
  • Mine the CRM for stalled opportunities, churned trials, and closed‑lost deals to reactivate.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell signals and collaborate with Success and Product to capitalize on them.
  • Close SMB deals once fully ramped and comfortable with the product.
  • Feed insights back to Marketing and Product to continuously improve messaging, pages, and features.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years in a high‑volume SDR / BDR role (startup or high‑growth SaaS; Shopify / eCommerce a plus).
  • HubSpot power user : lists, sequences, forms, scoring, reporting, and data cleanliness.
  • Confident on live calls with strong discovery and objection‑handling skills.
  • Clear written communicator for quick, helpful follow‑ups.
  • Metrics‑driven and process‑oriented : you live in dashboards and iterate constantly.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment : action‑biased, coachable, and thrives on change.
  • Nice to have : experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Aircall / telephony , and basic RevOps / reporting skills.
