Qualifications

• Experience in forestry, biomass, or heavy equipment sector.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Knowledge of BC environmental regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly production plans and targets for Northern operations.
• Identify risks in advance, including weather and manpower.
• Manage key external stakeholders, including landowners and regulators.
• Align crews and equipment with production plans.
• Track planned vs. actual production and lead variance reviews.
