We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality and safety. As a Senior Assembler, you will take a lead role in the fabrication and assembly of mechanical equipment and components in a shop environment. You will work independently and provide guidance to junior team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards.

· Assist the Assembly Manager in assessing cycle time and works with Sales to provide information regarding delivery dates, work order expediency and new product assembly
· Plan and lay out assembly projects as to sequence of assembly, testing procedures, shipping dates, etc. to conform with process, prints and quality specifications
· Install pumps, instruments, valves, meters according to Process and Instrumentation drawing and Mechanical layout drawing
· Measure, cut, thread, glue, solder and assemble new pipe, PVC and Steel, according to drawings
· Troubleshooting and repair of various mechanical systems
· Obtain materials required to complete assembly work according to drawings
· Ensure components are assembled to final products according to drawings
· Ensure assembly work is carried out on schedule and within budget
· Pack and crate all necessary parts and accessories for shipping while performing quality control and detailed check list
· Work with team members on improving missed targets
· Ensure compliance to all quality & safety related policies, procedures and system requirements.
· Perform other related duties as assigned
