Mackenzie Investment’s Distribution – Sales Experience and Analytics department is seeking applications for the position of Senior Sales Analyst. The Sales Experience & Analytics team’s mandate is to support and improve sales team enablement, leveraging tools and technology, data, and analytics. We support and continuously evolve our industry leading Salesforce.com CRM platform, and related tools that support and improve our sales processes, effectiveness, and productivity. We deliver business intelligence to sales and leadership teams that measures the effectiveness of our programs and sales activities, drives sales performance and a strong sales culture. Reporting to the Director, Sales Analytics, the successful candidate’s primary function will be to support sales analytics within the Distribution business.
The expected annual base salary range for this role is $62,000 - $80,000, which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short‑term incentive, health and well‑being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
