Senior Administrative Assistant

Full time position, for an experienced, hardworking & well organized individual, who is looking to make a long term commitment. Office is centrally located in Burnaby, BC

Duties
  • Reception
  • Filing
  • Invoicing
  • Coordinating paperwork and documents for Financial Institutions (i.e. Estoppels)
  • Office Organization
  • Update Tenant records/info
  • Manage deposits and keep deposit spreadsheets up to date
  • Rent collections — Bailiff correspondence
  • Sending tenant correspondence (Memos, Rental Payment Schedules, Common Costs Reconciliations)
  • Assisting management with various tasks
  • Job site visits
  • Dealing with city hall
  • Scheduling
Job Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills
  • Understanding of basic cash procedures
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to handle challenging customer issues with patience, tact and professionalism
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 2-5 years experience with Real Estate work
  • Initiative
  • Organization
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • Commerce degree is an asset
