A global transport solutions leader is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer in Saint-Bruno, Canada. You will oversee electrical deliveries and manage project resources to ensure quality and timely outputs. The ideal candidate will have an Electrical Engineering degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with the ability to communicate fluently in both French and English. • Quality of your delivery
• Respect of the delivery planning
• Level of application of standard PPL
• Configuration management of their deliverables
• Continuous improvement or Return on Experience (RoE) management from previous projects
Accountable for:
• Delivery of the right product (respect all the requirements) at the right moment to the CDL/HDL, the product consisting into the complete electrical case or a set of electrical deliverables for each baseline made of :
o Functional Diagram and Wiring Diagram
o Cubicle Design Electrical documents
o Harness Delivery for Looms & Cubicles
o Participating in the electrical architecture at train level
o Applying of the Metier rules and processes.
Responsible for:
• Managing the S&A QCD of their project,
• Managing S&A workload of their project and effective utilisation of S&A Designer
• Sub-contracting management (definition, monitoring, acceptance)
• Good Communications and interpersonal skills
• Structured and organised with Hands-on approach
• Fluent in French & English
• Able to work in an international, multi-site and matrix organization structure
• Force of proposal to improve processes and deliverables
