Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our Saturday team at Work N Play Lethbridge. This position primarily involves providing exceptional customer service to our valued clientele. In addition, there will be some data entry tasks required to maintain accurate inventory records. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the appropriate workwear and footwear products.
• Provide expert guidance on product selection, sizing, and fit.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and displays as needed.
• Accurately input and update inventory data using our data entry systems.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is highly preferred.
