SAP Integration Architect - Senior Manager

Your Key Responsibilities

As a SAP Integration Architect Senior Manager, provide technology architecture and consulting services as part of EY and client engagements. Lead and mentor junior team members and help build out the development and integration practice. Influence projects, vendors and SIs to align with approved methods and delivery standards.

• People Management: Effectively lead a diverse team and foster an innovative, inclusive environment.
• Project Management: Participate in large-scale SAP engagements, deliver high-quality work on time and on budget, monitor risk, and manage client expectations. Maintain awareness of industry trends and communicate progress to stakeholders. Strong client-facing communication skills required.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Support interface functional specifications creation; conduct sessions with stakeholders from System A and B to gather interface requirements (integration flow, mapping, transformation, error handling, reprocessing, etc.).
• Proficient in S4 projects, BTP Core Integration, Integration Architecture, Cloud Integration, CPI/IS/CI; SAP middleware technologies (SAP IS, SAP PO/PI).
• Design and document connectivity approaches for hybrid landscapes (Cloud, On-Prem); cutover planning and technical production readiness.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills; ability to interface with clients daily.
• Ability to lead a consulting team on multiple projects; forward-thinking, self-starter who adapts quickly to new knowledge.
• Good work ethic and ability to manage expectations and deliverables across teams.

To qualify, candidates must have

• Approximately 10+ years of relevant SAP experience.
• Hands-on experience in S4 Projects, BTP Core Integration, Integration Architecture, Cloud Integration and CPI/IS/CI.
• Extensive experience in integration development: design, coding, testing, deployment; integration design and specifications; connectivity design and implementation.
• Experience in reviewing and advising on technology strategies; ability to design and sequence technical delivery solutions.
• Experience in technical delivery project management: system builds, integrations, testing, and go-live preparations.
• Technical support and troubleshooting; RAID log review and project support; knowledge transfer and training delivery.
• SAP Integration Suite or PI/PO certification; TOGAF certification is a plus but not mandatory.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $120,500 to $216,000. Salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills and location.
