Job Description: Requirement
Should be S / 4HANA Finance certified and must have 8-10 years of experience in implementation and / or support projects in SAP FICO and FSCM.
Responsibilities
- Should have expertise in SAP Bank : Lockbox (BAI, BAI2, EDI-IDOC), Manual Bank Statement and Electronic Bank Statement (BAI, MT940), External transaction codes, Posting Rules, House Bank, and Configure SAP Cash Journal functionality.
- Has expertise in SAP FSCM : Collection Management, Bank Communication Management.
- Performs analysis on error incidents, including Intermediate Document (IDoc) rejects and system errors.
- Provides support of SAP applications, including integration points with other SAP modules and non-SAP applications, to ensure business processes are maintained in a non-disruptive manner.
- Should be aware of the S / 4HANA Finance roadmap, differences between ECC and S / 4HANA releases.
- Presents, discusses, and demonstrates SAP Best Practices.
- Facilitate meetings with business users to collect requirements, map business requirements and processes, and develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- General day-to-day support of the application to ensure it operates in an optimal mode.
- Work with the client for troubleshooting : investigate, analyze, and solve their day-to-day problems.
- Document functional designs and perform functional and integration test cases and results.
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
Qualifications
- Certification: S / 4HANA Finance certified.
- Experience: 8-10 years in implementation and/or support projects in SAP FICO and FSCM.
- Technical: Expertise in SAP Bank functions (Lockbox, Manual and Electronic Bank Statement, External transaction codes, House Bank, Cash Journal).
- FSCM Expertise: Collection Management, Bank Communication Management.
- Analytical: Ability to analyze error incidents and IDoc rejects; troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- General: Experience in supporting SAP applications with integration to other SAP modules and non-SAP applications; knowledge of ECC vs S/4HANA differences; ability to conduct trainings and provide user support.
