Job Posting – Business Development Executive (Chain & Department Store Accounts, Home Décor)

Prime Source Enterprises LTD, a leading distributor of home décor, dinnerware, glassware, and cookware, is expanding in North America. We're looking for a talented professional with strong communication and marketing skills to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Find and connect with leads in chain stores & department stores
  • Build relationships and present our product portfolio
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Work closely with management to grow our presence in Canada & USA
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in B2B sales / business development, ideally in home décor, household goods, or consumer products
  • Previous success working with chain stores, department stores, or large retail buyers
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to generate leads, manage relationships, and close contracts
  • Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven personality
  • Professional appearance and demeanor for meetings with senior retail buyers
  • Persistence and resilience when dealing with long buyer cycles
  • Ability to work independently and travel if required
  • Bonus: Existing network / contacts in retail chains, bilingual skills, CRM experience
