Responsibilities
  • Support entire Commercial Sales Division team including directors sales associates & satellite locations by answering any questions regarding products / sales within a 24 hour period
  • Purchase order inquiries the request must be sent to the Inventory Analyst
  • Vendors - All quotes request must be sent to the buyers and the purchasing coordinator
  • Vendors - All item creation to be requested to the vendor and once receive it must be created in our internal systems; it must be signed off by Buyer & Inventory analyst. Once is created an email is sent to the team
  • Core send request to the inventory analyst to make the changes and order the product
  • Must have excellent communication written skills
Qualifications
