Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-focused sales professional with excellent communication skills to join our sales team as a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business growth while managing and retaining an assigned client territory. This role combines prospecting and lead qualification with the development of long-term client relationships to drive revenue. This position includes delivering sales presentations, qualifying and converting leads, and managing existing clients to consistently achieve sales targets. This role is based onsite Monday to Friday at our Richmond, BC office. Candidates must be able to commute to our office or able to relocate in order to be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails to generate new business
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations to clients and prospects via telephone, identifying client needs and promoting relevant products and services
  • Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to build a sustainable pipeline of new business
  • Manage and grow an assigned retention-based territory of existing clients and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  • Execute sales strategies to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails
  • Ensure accurate order processing and maintain up-to-date customer information within the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Stay up to date on product and service offerings
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of previous sales experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Experience using a sales or CRM system (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Highly self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Salary

The salary range for this position starts from $50,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on relevant experience and skill level.
