Job Title: Sales Representative - The Home Store

Job Description:

The Home Store is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition to sales duties, you will also be expected to assist with various tasks, including deliveries and handling customer inquiries over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them in finding the right home appliances to meet their needs.

Utilize your sales expertise to promote products, answer customer questions, and close sales effectively.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store's product offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing.

Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory management.

Make outbound calls to customers to provide order and delivery updates, ensuring a smooth and timely process.

Handle incoming phone calls from customers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player.

Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
