Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will educate clients and offer President’s Choice Financial Products on behalf of a trusted Canadian brand.

Compensation
- $17.75/hr minimum protection guarantee + commission
Schedule
- Permanent FT or PT opportunities
- Flexible schedule Mon-Sun between 10am-8pm
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of President’s Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
- Understand customer needs to make appropriate recommendations.
- Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge.
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness by being a subject matter expert and advocate.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a great experience.
- Engage customers creatively and share product benefits.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality with customer information.
- Create excitement around the product offering as a knowledgeable brand advocate.

Keys To Success
- 1+ years of sales experience in financial or retail (asset)
- Comfortable with sales targets and proactive in pushing boundaries
- Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people
- Customer service or sales experience (asset)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- High integrity and accountability with confidential information
- Ability to pass criminal/credit background check
- Interest in learning and development
- Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license (asset)
