  • Collaborate with Field Account Executive Teams as well as the marketing team to develop creative outreach strategies.
  • Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with restaurants.
  • Be the voice of the customer and share valuable feedback cross-functionally.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and position Toast in the market.

As we look to expand globally we are looking for a Founding Sales Development Representative to help us grow in the United Kingdom and Ireland!

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will help expand our customer base by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their unique needs, and identifying the best way to position Toast. You’ll have the opportunity to master your sales skills in an environment that fosters continuous learning and growth.

Please note this is a hybrid role and office attendance will be 4 days a week

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible with the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Experience canvassing and cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success preferred.

  • Up to date on the latest restaurant industry trends; knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment.
