Your future duties and responsibilities

If you’re drawn to a consulting role within a close-knit team working closely with clients, you will:

  • Develop business with existing clients by offering complementary payroll and HR management solutions
  • Propose tailored solutions/services to clients referred by customer service, using online and phone demonstrations
  • Record sales information needed for monthly performance reports and follow up on prospects and opportunities using a CRM tool
  • Qualify prospects and ensure the presentation of solutions and services that meet their needs
  • Build client loyalty through courtesy calls
  • Meet annual personal performance targets and collaborate with team members to achieve group goals
  • Participate in various outreach and promotional initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in selling products and services over the phone
  • Ability to work with individual and team sales targets
  • Experience in negotiating and closing commercial terms within set pricing and limits
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (bilingualism is essential)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
