Responsibilities
  • Provides holistic leadership across business analysis project outcomes and team of business analysts aligning their expertise with agile methodologies and ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements through gathering, documenting and analyzing business needs and requirements.
  • Prepares and advises on business analysis policies, processes, best practices and standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent business analysis practice.
  • Fosters effective communication between the team, Product Owner and stakeholders ensuring a clear understanding of goals and requirements.
  • Manage / groom product backlog based on user needs / prioritization input
  • Single point of contact for business analysis, agile leadership and team coordination, minimizing communication gaps, reducing the risk of misinterpretation and promoting more effective project outcomes.
  • Prepares training materials and training sessions on project delivery methodology in accordance with guidelines.
  • Lead presentations / demonstrations of solution design and build for consultation group and stakeholders
  • Create & review the user flows and user stories and ensure they meet the overall product vision and consistency across features
  • Support QA, UAT, Architecture and Technical activities to facilitate quality and enterprise standards are met
