A leading company in forensic engineering seeks a Roofing Project Manager to handle assessments and design solutions for roofing projects across residential and commercial sectors. The candidate will manage field data collection, coordinate site meetings, and ensure compliance with project specifications while maintaining high professional standards. The role requires strong knowledge of roofing systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
The Roofing Project Manager will apply their technical knowledge to evaluate existing buildings and design solutions for our client's complex and unique problems. Projects will include a mix of residential, multi-family, and commercial projects, with an emphasis on repair of damage from fire, wind, flood, and impacts, as well as adaptive reuse of older buildings and enhancements to existing facilities to accommodate changes in use and implementation of equipment and machinery and written are essential.

Physical Demands- Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. The position requires the ability to speak, write, and communicate clearly. Employees may lift and move up to 50 pounds. The project manager will work on scaffolding, high lifts, and swing staging will be required, and must be able to meet the physical demands of conducting field inspections.
Overtime - This position is salaried with exempt status. There will be periods where overtime will be required, which the employee will need to comply with in order to meet the demands of the position.
