Day In The Life:
  • Maintain County roads, including repairing potholes
  • Perform maintenance duties including grass cutting, weed whipping and tree trimming
  • Assist with traffic control at various sites
  • Assist with other tasks and duties, as required
What We Are Looking For:
  • Ability to perform physical work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and be physically able to perform heavy lifting
  • Experience with operating a lawn tractor and weed whip is considered an asset
  • Mechanical skills and experience with routine maintenance are considered an asset
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Class “G” Ontario driver’s license
  • Must provide a Ministry of Transportation Driver Abstract (Uncertified)
  • Must be returning to full-time studies in September 2026
