Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday (varies between 9 AM to 7 PM), weekends availability preferred

Total hours: 25 hours (flexibility required)

Access to personal vehicle preferred since the position requires working in 2 different locations

Starting pay rate: $20.92 / hr

Customer Service Orientation
  • Serving our customers in the most efficient and courteous manner on the telephone and in person, including up-selling and cross-selling corporate products and services
  • Handling customer complaints and inquiries
  • Problem solving and working to resolve shipment and equipment challenges
  • Collaborating with Head Office, local management, drivers, warehousing staff, and other partners to ensure excellent customer service
  • Building positive relationships with customers, vendors, tenants, and key contacts
  • Assisting customers with shipping details and account issues
  • Loading, scanning, logging, and resolving freight issues
  • Cash reconciliation including deposits and key control
  • Effective communication with all stakeholders
