A leading food service and facilities management company is seeking a Retail Food Service Manager located in Oakville, ON. The successful candidate will lead retail and resident dining operations, managing a team in a union environment and ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards. Minimum 5 years in retail management is required, along with strong customer service capabilities. Competitive compensation between $75,000 and $85,000 is offered along with employee benefits.

In your new role, you will lead your team through a strong safety culture to deliver excellence to our client, a large retail food service operation within an Acute Care space. This role will require your strong business acumen, client/customer service skills and culinary expertise.
