Responsibilities

We are seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Residential Sales Representative to support our teams in the field.

• Sell general pest control services to residential customers within an assigned territorial area, which may span across multiple branch service areas.
• Must be able to physically inspect a variety of residential structures to determine presence of pests and present a sales solution to prospective customers.
• Arrives at scheduled estimates and service appointments in a timely manner.
• Explains pest control services and sells repetitive annual service agreements to 70% of all estimates scheduled.
• Works with branch management team to establish sale growth goals and coordinate activities to ensure these goals are achieved.
• Travels from one area to another or is assigned to a specified territory. Works with branch management team to isolate target areas.
• Must be able to occasionally service accounts and perform exclusion where necessary.
• Receives and properly accounts for company funds collected during the course of business activities.
• Submits all paperwork and collections on a daily basis.
• Maintains company‑issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times.
