A senior care organization in Williams Lake is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Attendant to assist seniors with daily living activities and ensure their well-being. Candidates should have a Health Care Assistant program certification and be registered with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry. The Resident Care Attendant is responsible to the Executive Director or the Director of Care. They ensure and support the implementation and evaluation of the resident care services in accordance with applicable provincial standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest standard of resident care is delivered and maintained at all times.
Internal Closing Date: October 1, 2025
Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off, 3 on 5 off and 5 on 4 off (In 6 weeks period) from 7pm-7am
Approximate Start Date: October 6, 2025
