An outstanding supply network, efficient distribution through our three regional locations, and our thoroughly modern processing plant are all part of our commitment to provide the freshest fruits and vegetables possible.
We are currently seeking a full-time Healthcare Representative to join our team based out of our Milton , Ontario location.
Position: Full-Time, Temporary (12 months)
Salary: $50,000/year + 15% Bonus + Car allowance
Schedule: 9am to 5 pm / Monday to Friday
Reporting to the Healthcare Manager, the Healthcare Representative role will support our Healthcare team by visiting customer locations on a daily basis in a face to face manner. The individual is able to prioritize and plan ahead their schedule in order to meet with locations on a revolving and regular basis. The successful candidate must be able to quickly build relationships and will take pride in representing our company to enhance our overall client relationships.
The majority of time in this role will be spent on the road visiting customers and acting as the go-to person for our Healthcare customer locations.
Support and influence customer contract compliance
Support sales growth initiatives and strategies
Effectively handle queries & complaints
Conflict resolution to ensure that all customer issues/concerns are dealt with in a timely manner
Effective team player, accountable for their individual results as well as the overall team objectives
Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
Two or more years of customer service, inside sales and/or business experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is preferred.
Excellent follow up and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent time management skills
The ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks based on customer needs
A natural desire to serve our customers
A self starter that can work independently as well as part of a team
