Primary Function:
As a member of the Strategic Operations & Customer Experience team, you will work closely with Senior Reporting Analysts and cross-functional partners to improve business performance across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle and support key strategic initiatives.
This role offers valuable hands-on experience in business operations, data analysis, and systems management, providing meaningful exposure to critical business processes. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of customer experience operations, helping to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
