Job summary

A leading security company is seeking an Order Management Representative to process incoming orders and assist clients with inquiries. This remote position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a minimum of two years of customer service experience. The successful candidate will modify orders, monitor accounts, and work with internal teams to resolve issues. Candidates who meet some but not all qualifications are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related customer service experience required.
• Order Entry experience (manual, EDI).

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming orders from customers.
• Modify customer orders in the business operating system.
• Act as consultant to advise basic product applications.
• Monitor customer accounts daily to avoid issues.
• Gather information for measurement, analysis and reporting.
