This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Growth Marketing - REMOTE. In this strategic and hands‑on role, you will lead the charge in transforming organic traffic, content, and analytics into a well‑oiled growth engine. You will be responsible for managing the entire growth stack, which includes overseeing our web presence, SEO, analytics, and conversion funnels. Additionally, you will spearhead a comprehensive website rebrand and relaunch, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Your mission is clear: drive qualified traffic and convert that awareness into tangible user activation.

Accountabilities
  • Coordinate the full website rebrand (UX, copy, and performance) with internal and external partners
  • Define and execute the SEO and keyword strategy
  • Build and manage analytics + attribution systems (GA4, PostHog, Supabase, Looker)
  • Optimize signup, activation, and retention funnels with data‑led experiments
  • Run small, high‑impact paid campaigns to test messaging
  • Collaborate with DevRel on content strategy
  • Report weekly on growth KPIs — traffic, conversion, activation, churn
Requirements
  • 3–7 years in growth or digital marketing (developer tools, or infra preferred)
  • Proven experience owning growth strategy across SEO, paid, and analytics
  • Strong command of GA4, Ahrefs, Search Console, Looker, or similar tools
  • Analytical and experimental — you define KPIs, test hypotheses, and ship fast
  • Collaborative across engineering, design, and product teams
  • Bonus: led a brand or website redesign project
  • Bonus: familiarity with LLMs, APIs, or developer platforms
