Qualifications

• At least 5 years relevant IT experience fully supporting SMB/MSP environments.
• Understanding of internet protocols including DNS/SMTP/DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Implement project work as per project scope for mid-large-sized companies.
• Attend IT Roadmap meetings and make recommendations on improvements.
• Maintain accurate and real time timesheets and notes.
