Qualifications

• Certified and licensed psychologist, social worker, or counselor.
• Minimum 4 years experience in relationship-related counseling.
• Capacity to work 12+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 sessions with members on relationship goals.
• Review member responses to questionnaires and prompts.
• Facilitate sessions to address relationship concerns.

Skills

Understanding of EFT, CBT, IFS, DBT, Gottman, or Differentiation approaches

Experience with couples and individuals

Ability to integrate digital tools

Fluency in English

Commitment to professional development

Education

Graduate degree in mental health from a recognized university
