A fleet management company is seeking a Relationship Manager to develop and maintain relationships within their customer portfolio. The role involves growing revenue, executing client renewals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a BA/BS degree and at least 5 years of experience in strategic relationship management. This position is remote but requires residence in Western Canada.

We’re looking for a client-centric individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining effective relationships with existing customers within their portfolio to ensure Element wins repeat business and maintains and grows revenue by executing on: proactive client renewals (RFPs), pricing optimization, and share of wallet opportunities.
This position is a critical component of achieving growth objectives, relationship retention, and building consistently superior client experience.
Canada Remote, but candidate must be located in Western Canada
The hiring base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $132,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
