Overview
CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Regulatory Compliance Analyst within our North America division. This position falls under our Licensing & Regulatory line of business and is located in Toronto, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for performing monitoring, assurance and reporting requirements in relation to Corpay’s North America region. Reporting to the Director, Licensing & Regulatory Compliance, you will be part of a small and collaborative team which prides itself in producing high-quality work. The job role offers the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to contribute in a challenging role. The role has a direct reporting line to the Director, Licensing & Regulatory Compliance. You will report directly to the Director of Licensing & Regulatory Compliance and regularly collaborate with team(s) and other department(s). The salary range/hourly rate for this position is $50,000 CAN.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Undertaking daily monitoring and management of safeguarding obligations, assessing client activity to ensure funds are appropriately protected and obligations are consistently met.
- Monitoring, analyzing and interpreting regulatory changes which affect the business and help perform gap analysis on those regulations while also ensuring business awareness of requirements.
- Gathering and analyzing data in order to develop succinct responses to periodic requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Performing research assignments on topic(s) necessary to support identified company compliance needs.
- Carrying out ad hoc directives from the Director, Licensing & Regulatory Compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree: JD, MBA, or other advanced degree is a plus
- Relevant experience in time management, consistently sustaining high levels of productivity and quality in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- A strong understanding of current and emerging compliance risks and practical experience of managing an effective control environment and the ability to benchmark and analyze various compliance risks is a plus
- Preferably you will have a relevant qualification in business, accounting, finance or risk management, in addition, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- A proven ability to work to challenging timelines.
- The ability to understand and explain process requirements and communicate this information clearly and concisely
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude that is eager to learn complex subject matter
