What You’ll Be Doing

You will be a valued member of the COMMUNITY NAME team, contributing by:

• Providing nursing care according to policy, physician’s orders, resident plans, and within scope of practice
• Ensuring delivery of excellent nursing and personal care
• Creating a welcoming environment through teamwork and communication
• Overseeing resident care, communicating with residents and families, and guiding staff
• Supervising Personal Support Workers and other team members
• Managing admissions, readmissions, and ongoing assessments

Who You Are

• A Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset
• Good judgment, risk awareness, and ability to foster a positive environment
