A regional health authority in Canada seeks a Registered Nurse specializing in nephrology nursing. Under the general direction of the Manager, Renal Services and the Nurse Clinician responsible for training and follow-up of Peritoneal Dialysis /Home Hemodialysis patients, ensuring safe patient and family practice in the home, and inter-facing with outside agencies and hospitals on supplies and equipment delivery for Peritoneal and Home Hemodialysis patients.
Education, Training And Experience
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant. Two years\' recent related experience in Nephrology nursing, specifically related to peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
