ClearCare is a Periodontal and Prosthodontic specialty office located in downtown Winnipeg.     We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join their team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our doctors to co-diagnosis and develop customized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient’s unique needs. We believe that this collaborative approach is essential to achieve optimal patient care and to foster a meaningful relationships. As a member of their team, you will be provided with mentorship and support to expand your knowledge and to refine your skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with periodontists and prosthodontists to co-diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Provide high-quality dental hygiene care, including scaling, root planning, and prophylaxis, tailored to patient needs.
    • Administer local anesthetic as required and in accordance with provincial licensing standards.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records and charting in compliance with regulatory and office protocols.
    • Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and post-treatment care to support long-term oral health.
    • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain strict sterilization standards in accordance with clinic policy and regulations.
    • Utilize dental management software (Dentrix preferred), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
    • Contribute to a positive and efficient clinical environment by working collaboratively with the entire dental team.
    • Stay up to date on continuing education and new developments in dental hygiene practices.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room.

    Qualifications:

    • Manitoba Licensed RDH
    • Minimum 2 years of clinical work experience
    • Valid CPR certificate
    • Ability and certification to administer local anesthetic
    • In depth knowledge of infection control policies and protocols
    • Proficient in using dental management software, MS office and Google products. Familiarity with Dentrix is an asset
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
    • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
    • Strong work ethics, reliable and a team player
