Overview

We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager - Canada to join our Sales team. This field-based role covers Canada and reports to the North American Sales Manager. Products include wellness-focused home appliances such as spas, saunas, cold plunges and more. The role is focused on expanding market presence, supporting our dealer network, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Location: Canada. Employment type: Full time.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and strategic growth: Achieve annual sales targets across all product categories by executing a strategic territory plan. Identify and onboard new dealers in open markets. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Relationship building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealers through regular communication, in-person visits, and tailored support. Collaborate with dealers to assess business needs and implement action plans that enhance performance and profitability.
  • Training, support, and issue resolution: Deliver sales and marketing training to dealers, align with strategic vision, and help dealers resolve delivery, technical, warranty, and credit issues by coordinating with internal departments and finance partners.
  • Collaboration and representation: Partner with cross-functional teams—Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Dealer Support—to ensure program execution. Represent Watkins Wellness at trade shows, dealer events, and promotional activities to support dealer success and brand visibility.
  • Territory management: Navigate the geographic expanse of Canada with travel, time management, and dealer engagement to ensure consistent support and performance across the region.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in wholesale and retail sales (pool and spa industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and merchandising techniques.
  • Experience with Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, training, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Canada (minimum 120 days per year).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Hiring Range: $96,000.00 - $129,030.00. Several factors affect actual compensation including experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
