A leading financial institution seeks a candidate to enhance coaching effectiveness through strategic guidance in Montreal. The role requires previous leadership experience, strong bilingual communication skills, and the ability to drive successful business outcomes. In this role, you will be responsibility to develop BFS leader coaching effectiveness through reinforcement of consistent practice management routines to drive successful business outcomes. You will serve as a strategic advisor to the RVP-BFS and VP, Commercial in Quebec, helping to build and execute effective routines with VPs. Also, you will act as a steward of National Office strategy in order to embed and sustain strategic initiatives, both regional and national, and serve as a feedback channel from the region back to National Office
