Our teams take on some of the most interesting industrial and commercial projects in the region, includingDND specialized projects, petroleum facilities, solar installations, sawmills, steel mills, wastewater and water treatment plants, mining operations, and more. We are currently accepting applications from Red Seal Electricians interested in joining our established Fredericton-based team.

What You’ll Do
  • Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams, electrical code, and project specifications.
  • Mentor and work alongside Electrical Apprentices—sharing your trade knowledge and supporting their growth.
  • Lay out and install PVC, EMT, and galvanized steel conduit systems.
  • Troubleshoot existing systems and plan new branch circuitry.
  • Install, replace, and repair distribution equipment and electrical controls including switchboards, panelboards, and disconnect switches.
  • Diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
  • Repair or replace equipment, wiring, or fixtures.
  • Safely operate electrical hand and power tools.
  • Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where everyone supports each other.
Education & Requirements
  • Red Seal or Journeyman Electrician Certificate.
  • Experience in commercial and industrial environments.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel within the province and occasionally outside the region (travel compensation provided).
  • Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Work Schedule

Our electrical project teams typically work a 4-day week10-hour days, Monday to Thursday — giving you long weekends most weeks.
Fridays, weekends, evenings, and out-of-town travel may be required depending on project needs (all travel fully compensated).
