The Role

Keep our Canadian Armed Forces operationally ready and their families and military community healthy as part of the team at Personnel Support Programs. Personnel Support Programs contributes to the operational readiness of our Canadian Armed Forces through the provision of fitness, sports, recreation and health promotion programs to military communities across Canada and to members while on deployment.

Responsibilities
  • Under the supervision of Front Desk Gym Supervisor, provide counter service such as answering customer inquiries, membership sales, typing correspondence, filing and clearing military personnel in and out.
  • Maintain cash floats and daily sales records.
  • Use a data management program to book facilities and programs.
Qualifications

Education, Certifications and Licenses
High School Diploma AND several years of experience in a related field

Current CPR and Basic First Aid Qualifications

Valid driver’s license (Province)

Experience
In cash handling

In office administration

Competencies
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership

Language Requirements
English Essential
